Cabachon pendant using a 27mm Swarovski stone. As with other rivoli/cabachon pendants we have taught in the past, this can be used as a brooch as well as a necklace. Peyote weave bracelet, using two size seed to give it the ripple effect. For those that like the big bracelets. It is approx. 2 inches wide. Approx. cost of supplies for class is $25. Tools required: Bead mat, beading needle, fireline (or thread of choice) & scissors.

Chainmail links and Swarovski squares joined together to make a unique and contemporary piece of jewelry. Class is geared for beginning chainmail students through intermediate. Approx. cost of class is $50 to $60 Tools required: Bead mat, chain nose plier and flatnose plier.

This project gives you several possibilities for the crochet rope.... a bracelet, a necklace, lariat.....There is homework to be completed prior to class, so call for instuctions. For people on the go, this is a great project. It travels easily on your journeys, even to work....if your therapy means beading through lunch! A basic knowledge of crochet would be helpful. The class runs under $10.00 for the bracelet.

For those of you that prefer bling...This project is done with right angle weave using entirely Swarovski crystals. Not an inexpensive project, the approx. cost is $35 to $55, depending on the clasp and crystal color you choose. Tools required for class: Bead mat, 10 lb. fireline (or preferred beading thread), beading needle, and scissors.
Basic bead stringing class, however you will learn to work with three stranded ends and spacers, while using one continuous line of soft flex. Although it uses Swarovski crystal bicones, it is a nice "everyday" bracelet. Approx. cost of class is $30 Tools required: Bead mat, soft wire cutters, softflex, chainnose plier.
Because so many of you loved the sample and requested a class, here is your chance to learn the peyote technique of bezeling. Be prepared to jot down notes because a pattern will not be handed out at class. It is the latest release and features some beadwoven jewelry.
A two part class. Part II will be held on April 1st. This square stitch cuff is approximately 1 3/4 inches wide (with picos) then embelished with Swarovski Rivoli flower. Simple bead weaved bracelet. By changeing the pressed glass bead, you can change the "season". Ahhhh....a summer walk in the woods. Cool and lush colors reminiscent of the deep "woods" (as we call it in the north) the moss growing around the trees, underneath the luscious ferns. Okay enough daydreaming. A project that is fun and cheerful. Pendant can be used as an applique on a beadweaved bracelet, brooch, or necklace. In this class you will learn the "gallery wrap" or wire wrapped loop. Once you complete the class you should be a pro. A "strung" bracelet, made up of beaded beads, crystals, and sterling findings. Enough sparkle for dressing up, but funky enought to wear with jeans or your favorite "weekend" attire. For anyone wanting to learn basic bead stringing, this is the class. Seed beads combined with round beads and black onyx lily beads make up this easy to wear lariat. Victorian style necklace woven with the new 30mm Swarovski checkerboard crystal stone and bicones. Aprox. cost of pendant is $20, this does not include embellishment of chain and brass findings. One of our most popular classes....start off by making the beaded bead, using an 8mm round bead under rows of seed beads. Once desired number of beads are completed you can string in any manner that you choose. Make a necklace, bracelet, earrings, or all of the above! Approx. cost of class for just the beaded bead is approx. $15-$20. The cost for stringing is from $10-$35 depending on the findings that are chosen. Sterling, copper, and gold filled would be at the higher $$ end. Required tools for the beaded bead is a bead mat, Fireline (or preferred thread), needles, and scissors. This is a gorgeous bracelet.....make it subtle by chosing just the right color or Swarovski crystal or use Crystal Ab to get the BLING effect!!! Either way, it is an awesome bracelet and very comfortable to wear. Peyote drop embellished with Swarovski bicones. Unfortunately this is a two part class due to the size (wide cuff) and the intricate work of peyote. Approx. cost of class is $40. Open Day is an entire day open to anyone who has previously taken a class and needs to finish up their project, or wants to start another project they have already learned (but can't remember how to start). This way you can bring in beads from your previous purchase at Bead Haven to "use them up" so to speak. The class is not intended for "new" projects unless previously discussed with Teach......okay! And the class is not for Teach to complete your projects either. INSTRUCTIONAL..REMEMBER......you can do it! Open beading starts at 1:00 pm until we close at 7:00 pm.

This sterling silver bracelet is made from heavy gauge round wire, pounded and given a hammered effect.
